Brian is a master coach and alchemist who is passionate about bringing out the best in his clients. He is gifted in creating the conditions that allow teams to have the right conversations in ways that honor each individual member and draw on the collective intelligence of the group. With Brian as their guide, teams begin to build the solid foundation needed for being effective and high functioning. Misalignment, outdated operating assumptions and destructive behavior patterns are identified early as teams learn to define new ways of working together driven by trust, cohesion and shared commitment.
Brian brings over a decade of experience working with leadership teams in a variety of industries including manufacturing, technology, health care and construction. His clients are his biggest teachers - and he also draws upon his extensive training in family systems, mediation and emotional intelligence. Brian has co-developed two different coaching courses -- The Leader as Coach and Total Alignment Coaching. He is an authorized partner with Wiley Workplace Learning Solutions. Leigh Anne Wellons
Leigh Anne keeps our ship on course with all her behind-the-scenes support and ensures our clients have everything they need. A Greenville native, she spent 18 years with GE providing internal and external support to both colleagues and customers. Leigh Anne now brings all of that experience to our operations and loves cultivating client relationships.

Caroline has had a distinguished career as a consumer products sales executive. She is a consummate professional with a diverse background in sales, marketing, human resources and supply chain operations with consumer product icons such as Coca-Cola, M&M/Mars, PepsiCo and Kellogg’s.
