Everything DiSC® is a personal  and team development learning framework that measures an individual’s preferences and tendencies (as well as the group culture profile) based on four basic behavioral styles: D, i, S, and C:

 

D = Dominance  I = Influence S = Steadiness C = Conscientiousness

 

Everyone is a blend of all four DiSC styles and has a unique behavioral profile with different tendencies and preferences. No one style is better or worse than the next. -- and once you understand other's styles, you can build a team culture based on an appreciation of the diversity of styles essential for collective high performance.
