Peer Development Groups

Build Your Skills, Confidence and Self Energy in a Safe, Supportive Setting
$395 per participant
Take advantage of this opportunity to learn from master coach Brian Jaudon and practice the learnings and techniques covered in the Coaching for Self Leadership course you recently completed. 

In your group you will have the opportunity to: 

  • Get to know your coaching parts and practice unbending from them in a session

  • Practice the 6 Fs for helping clients unbend and build connection with their parts

  • Learn how to listen for (detect) parts and contract for “vertical coaching” w/ client parts

  • Practice both In-sight and Direct Access methods of working with client parts

  • Deepen your presence (Self Energy) as a coach 

  • Receive real-time coaching from Brian and peers in your group

  • Discern with support whether implicit or explicit use of IFS fits your style as a coach

Each group will meet for six 90-minute sessions in October/November

and have no more than 18 participants.

Four group session times to choose from: 

  • Wednesdays 1-2:30pm eastern

  • Wednesdays 7-8:30pm eastern

  • Thursdays 11-12:30pm eastern

  • Thursdays 4-5:30pm eastern

Wednesday groups will meet: October 6, 13, 27 (skipping Oct 20) and November 3, 10, 17

Thursday groups will meet Oct 7, 14, 28 (skipping Oct 21) and November 4, 11, 18 

Brian Jaudon is a master coach with extensive training and experience in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. He co-created and co-taught with Anna Tansi the pioneering online course Aligning the Inner System: Fundamentals of IFS-Inspired Coaching in 2018. Earlier this year, Brian co-created and co-taught with Guthrie Sayen the course Coaching for Self Leadership: An Introduction to Internal Family Systems in partnership with the IFS Institute. He brings compassion, wisdom and presence to his teaching and group facilitation and draws on more than a decade of experience leading peer development groups.
